About Me

My photo
Wendy
I'm fortunate enough to have my great-grandma Ella's quilt scrap box. The scraps cover the 1920's to the 1960's and are mostly quite small. Some pieces were added by my grandma, and a few by my mom as well. Life has changed a lot since those days, but maybe the really important things haven't changed so much. I'm fortunate to have other scraps of their lives as well--values, skills, family, traditions, memories. Now that I am the grandma, I hope to share these, and add a few of my own scraps to the box, before I pass it along to the next generation--both here in my blog and in real life.
